Please be sure to attend the BRATS meeting, Monday, 1/14, at 7:15 PM at the Pikesville Library. Tom Horne, W3TDH, Assistant Coordinator for Net Management, National Capitol Area Skywarn Program, will be giving us a presentation on the Skywarn program.
